Ingredients For baked cinnamon sugar chips

  • 6
    taco sized flour tortillas
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 4 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make baked cinnamon sugar chips

  • 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, melt butter in microwave. Set aside. In another small bowl, stir together the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • 2
Take one tortilla and brush it with the melted butter on both sides. Take the second tortilla and stack on top of the first tortilla and brush the top with melted butter (this way you only have to brush the tops after the first tortilla). Repeat for all tortillas. Once tortillas are stacked and buttered, cut the stack into 6 equal triangles. (I USE A PIZZA CUTTER)
  • 3
Take each traingle and dip each one into the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place on baking sheet. Repeat for each triangle. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool completely. Each plain, or top with fruit puree, fruit salsa, or even melted chocolate.

You will have cinnamon sugar left over, just store it in an air tight container for next time or use on toast or top a baked sweet potato.
