Ingredients For vegetable souffle salad with tuna

1 pkglime gelatin

1 chot water

1/2 ccold water

1/2 csalad dressing

1/2 tspsalt

4 tspvinegar
-
1 cshredded carrots
-
1 cshredded cabbage
-
1/4 cpickle or cucumber

1 Tbspminced onion

1 cantuna fish
How To Make vegetable souffle salad with tuna

1Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water, vinegar, salt, salad dressing and pepper. Blend well with beater. Pour into freezing tray and quick chill 15-20 min. or until firm about 1" from edge.

2Turn into mixing bowl and beat until fluffy. Fold in vegetables. Pour into 1 qt. mold; chill until firm. Unmold and garnish with salad greens. Serve with tuna fish and salad dressing.
