Ingredients For summer squash casserole

2 cyellow squash, cooked, drained well, mashed

1 cancream of chicken soup

2 mdcarrots, grated
-
1 mdonion, chopped
-
1 csour cream
-
1 pkgpepperidge farm corn bread stuffing

1 stickbutter
-
salt, pepper to taste
How To Make summer squash casserole

1Melt butter/margarine. Mix with stuffing. Put 1/3 in baking dish

2Mix squash, soup, carrots, onion, south cream, salt and pepper. Pour over stuffing in dish.

3Top with remaining stuffing crumbs. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
