Ingredients For summer squash casserole

  • 2 c
    yellow squash, cooked, drained well, mashed
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 md
    carrots, grated
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    pepperidge farm corn bread stuffing
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • salt, pepper to taste

How To Make summer squash casserole

  • 1
    Melt butter/margarine. Mix with stuffing. Put 1/3 in baking dish
  • 2
    Mix squash, soup, carrots, onion, south cream, salt and pepper. Pour over stuffing in dish.

    Top with remaining stuffing crumbs. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
