5 - 6 lbmashed sweet potatoes

2 Tbspi can't believe it's not butter!

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make savory mashed sweet potatoes!

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9x13 baking dish.

2Put the mashed sweet potatoes into baking dish... spread the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

3Bake for 40 minutes until potatoes are hot and bubbly.
