How To Make sauteed fennel

1In a non stick covered pan. Add olive oil, minced garlic, and sliced thin fennel blub and stem. Cook on low to med heat, turning once in ten minutes.

2Uncover and add wasabi powder. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Turn the heat up and caramelize to a nice brown color.
