Ingredients For sauteed fennel

  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 1 bunch
    fennel
  • 1 tsp
    wasabi powder
  • 1 dash
    salt and pepper

How To Make sauteed fennel

    In a non stick covered pan. Add olive oil, minced garlic, and sliced thin fennel blub and stem. Cook on low to med heat, turning once in ten minutes.

    Uncover and add wasabi powder. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Turn the heat up and caramelize to a nice brown color.
