1 lbcarrots, sliced

2 cwater

1 tspsugar

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 cbutter, melted

1/2 ccorn flake crumbs
How To Make roasted carrots

1Cook carrots, sugar, salt in water until tender, drain and cool.

2Dip into butter and then in crumbs.

3Roll buttered carrots in the corn flake crumbs.

4Place on greased baking tray and bake in 350 oven 10-12 minutes.
