Ingredients For quick corn relish

1 Tbspcornstarch with 1/4 cup water

1 can12oz. mexicorn, undrained

1/3 csugar
-
1/3 cvinegar
-
1 tspinstant minced onion

1/2 tspdry mustard
-
1/2 tspcelery seed
-
1/4 tspsalt
How To Make quick corn relish

1Cook and stir, cornstarch and water, over medium heat till mixture thickens and boils.

2Remove from heat, and add rest of the ingredients, and mix well..

3Place mixture in pint size jar, and store in refrigerator, to keep cold. *May add 1/4 Cup chopped pimentos if desired.

4makes 2 cups of relish...
