Very easy way to use up a bounty of homegrown tomatoes. Wonderful for people eliminating carbs as well! Just like pizza but without the crust!

Ingredients For provolone-topped tomatoes

  • 2-3 lg
    tomatoes
  • 5-6 slice
    provolone cheese

How To Make provolone-topped tomatoes

    Pre-heat oven to 350. Spray bottom of 9X9 glass pan with non-stick spray
  • 2
    Slice tomatoes thinly and layer on the bottom of the glass baking dish.
  • 3
    Place provolone slices over the tomatoes.
  • 4
    Bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
