This is vegetarian version, I also make same replacing mushrooms n soup mix with sea food soup mix n a tin of tuna or similar.

1 pkgmushroom soup mix

10mushrooms

1 1/2 cmilk
-
200 ggrated cheese

pinchsalt n pepper
How To Make mushroom potato bake

1Peel spuds, slice approx 5 mm thick, par boil, drain well. Slice shrooms.

2Into oven low oven dish layer in spuds, shrooms, cheese then sprinkle over soup mix n snp, repeat 3 layers. pour in milk ensuring to wet any soup mix. Bake at 150c for 1.5-2 hours until milk absorbed.
