I got this recipe from a friend. It's a big hit at the campground and so easy to make !!

Ingredients For macaroni corn casserole

  • 2 stick
    butter
  • 2 can
    cream style corn
  • 2 can
    whole kernel corn (not drained)
  • 2 c
    elbow macaroni (not cooked)
  • 1 lb
    velveeta cheese (half a lg. box, or 1 sm. box)

How To Make macaroni corn casserole

  • 1
    Melt butter and pour into the bottom of your crock pot. Add all four cans of corn and the 2 cups of macaroni into crock pot. Slice cheese and press down on top of the other ingredients in the crock pot. Put crock pot on high. Check in one hour and stir. Continue cooking on high in crock pot for another hour or until the dish thickens.
