This coleslaw is one that my family really like a it's a change from kfc's slaw.

Ingredients For eddie's texas style slaw

  • 1 - 16 oz
    package coleslaw mix
  • 1 c
    mexican style corn drained
  • 1 c
    shredded chedder cheese
  • 2
    fresh jalapeno peppers peeled seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 c
    chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 c
    ranch style salsd dressing
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp
    coriander
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 md
    lime, juiced

How To Make eddie's texas style slaw

    In a large bowl, toss together the coleslaw mix, corn cheddar cheese, jalapeno, and cilantro.

    In a separate bowl, stir together the ranch style dressing, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, and lime juice.

    Pour the 2nd mixture over the 1st mixture and toss to coat.
