    cabbage head, finely shredded
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • DRESSING
  • 2/3 c
    reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c
    orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    caraway seeds
  • 2 tsp
    grated orange peel
  • ¼ tsp
    salt
  • ¼ tsp
    pepper

How To Make caraway coleslaw with citrus mayonnaise

    Place cabbage in a colander over a plate. Sprinkle with sugar and salt; toss to coat. Let stand for 1 hour.

    In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients until blended. Rinse cabbage and drain well.

    Place cabbage in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
