Ingredients For butter and herb spaghetti squash

    spaghetti squash
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make butter and herb spaghetti squash

    First you need to cook the spaghetti squash. Cut the squash in half lengthwise, and place cut side down in a baking dish. Add about 1/2 inch of water, and cover with foil.

    Bake at 375 degrees, for 1 hour. Squash is done, when it's tender when pierced. Remove the seeds with a spoon.

    Take a fork to separate the strands of the squash, and place in a bowl. (These steps can be done ahead of time, then chill until ready to proceed with cooking.)
  • Squash, herbs, butter, salt and pepper,  mixed together in the pan.

    Melt the butter in a pan, add the squash, chives, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix well, and heat through. Enjoy
