Ingredients For broccoli cauliflower casserole

  • 1-large bag of frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1-large bag of frozen cauliflower cuts
  • 1-medium box velvetta cheese
  • 1-box ritz crackers
  • 2-sticks butter

How To Make broccoli cauliflower casserole

  • 1
    Defrost the Broccoli and Cauliflower overnight so its completely thawed out/ drain completely

    Spray an 11x13 inch baking dish with non stick cooking spray
  • 3
    Mix the Broccoli and Cauliflower together in a large bowl so as to combine the two and then pour into the baking dish

    Cut the entire box of Velveeta into cubes and arrange over the vegetables in baking dish

    Melt the Butter in large microwave safe bowl in microwave

    Crush 2 Stacks of the Ritz Crackers in a zip lock bag with rolling pin or hand.Add the crackers to the melted butter in bowl and sprinle over the vegetables

    Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.Serve hot
