Ingredients For broccoli casserole

  • 2 stick
    butter
  • 2 md
    onions
  • 4 stick
    celery
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup with 2 cans of milk
  • 16 oz
    velveeta cheese
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 -10 oz pkg
    defrosted chopped broccoli
  • 2 c
    instant rice
  • 2 large can
    french fried onions

How To Make broccoli casserole

  • 1
    Saute butter, onions, and celery until clear.
  • 2
    Add Cream of Mushroom soup and with both cans of milk.
  • 3
    Add Cheese and salt.
  • 4
    Add defrosted broccoli and rice.
  • 5
    Simmer until cheese melts.
  • 6
    Add rice and 1 can french fried onions.
  • 7
    Pour into large buttered baking dish.
  • 8
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

    Put the other can of french fried onions on top.
  • 10
    Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Delicious.
