I usually have to double this recipe. It's been a family favorite for years and a must for family reunions.

Ingredients For broccoli casserole

1 1/4 lbbroccoli, chopped

1 cancream of broccoli soup
-
1 cmayonnaise
-
2eggs, slightly beaten
-
1 csharp cheddar cheese, grated (reserve 2 t)

4 tsponion, chopped

1 tspbutter
-
1/2 cbread crumbs
How To Make broccoli casserole

1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli and drain well.

2Combine soup,mayonaisse,eggs, sharp cheese, and onion. Fold in broccoli. Place mixture in 2 1/2 quart greased dish.

3In a pan, melt the butter on low heat. Stir in bread crumbs until coated. Continue to stir bread crumbs over low heat for about a minute. Remove from heat and stir in two tablespoons of the sharp cheese. Top casserole with buttered bread crumb and cheese mixture.

4Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
