I was never fond of either zuccini or squash until I started making it this way...now I love it!

Ingredients For baked zuccini and squash

  • 1 sm
    zuccini
  • 1 sm
    yellow squash
  • olive oil spray
  • 1/2 tsp
    lawry's garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese

How To Make baked zuccini and squash

  • 1
    Wash vegetables. Cut off the ends. Cut each vegetable in two, lengthwise. Lay each half face up on aluminum foil covered baking sheet.

    Spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with Lawry's Garlic salt and parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350 degrees f. for 20 minutes. Serve one half zuccini and one half yellow squash per person.
