asparagus rolls

I love asparagus and this is a super fast and easy recipe. I think I will try it wrapped in biscuit dough next time and see if that's as yummy as it sounds. Then, if that is good, maybe some herbs and spices on the biscuit dough before I bake it. I think there could be a LOT of variety with this!

Ingredients For asparagus rolls

  • 4 slice
    ham
  • 4 slice
    swiss cheese
  • 12 stalk
    asparagus
  • 1 c
    sour cream

How To Make asparagus rolls

  • 1
    Place one slice of cheese on each slice of ham.

    Place 3 spears on each slice of cheese.
  • 3
    Roll and secure with toothpicks.
  • 4
    Place in casserole dish and spoon sour cream over each roll.
  • 5
    Bake at 350 four about 15 minutes.
