We have a great Asian market near us. They have some wonderful vegetables. One I get there is baby bok choy. A huge bag is about $5. I use them in stir fry, salads and such. A bag lasts me a couple of weeks.

Ingredients For roasted baby bok choy

  • 12
    baby bok choy, cleaned and halved length wise
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 tsp
    salt (estimate - use more or less to your taste)
  • 1 tsp
    cracked pepper (again to your taste)
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes (i use a little more - like spicy)
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic

How To Make roasted baby bok choy

    Clean and slice lengthwise the baby bok choy
  • 2
    Toss the bok choy with the sesame oil, soy cause and minced garlic.

    Place on a foil lined sheet and season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.

    Roast for about 8 minutes at 410 degrees
