corn chip black-eyed & green pea salad
Made some sides for a baby shower, made the typical pasta and potato salad but wanted something different. Came up with this pea salad with an italian flair. Its was a hit!! This made a lot, so adjust for family serving.

Ingredients For corn chip black-eyed & green pea salad

1 bagfrozen peas

1 bagfrozen black eyed peas

1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cmayonnaise
-
1/4 csour cream
-
1 ccreamy italian dressing

2green onions chopped
-
s&p
-
1 1/2 ccrushed corn chips (fritos)

3slices bacon cooked and chopped
How To Make corn chip black-eyed & green pea salad

1Thaw and drain peas. Combine all ingredient except corn chips & bacon. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Right before serving mix in 1/2 cup corn chips. Top with rest of corn chips, bacon and a few chopped green onions.
