cassies delicious corn

Okay...so tonight, I was trying to think of some different way of making a bag of frozen corn as a side with my pork loin....this is the delicious concoction I threw together, and oh my was it a big hit...my husband loved it... Enjoy!

Ingredients For cassies delicious corn

  • 1 - 16 oz
    bag, frozen corn
  • 1 can
    rotel tomato and chiles - drained
  • 1 1/2 -2 Tbsp
    butter
  • salt
    & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 - 1/3 c
    shredded, parmesan cheese

How To Make cassies delicious corn

  • 1
    Cook your corn as directed and drain. Add butter, stir. Salt and pepper. Stir in drained Rotel tomatoes and chiles. Simmer until all is heated through and butter is melted. Stir in the cheese. Serve...it was delicious!! Not a kernel left...lol!
