Ingredients For sweet potato casserole

3 cmashed sweet potatoes (can use canned)

3 Tbspmelted butter

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 corange juice (hot)

1 ccrushed pineapple
-
3 Tbspbrown sugar (optional)

miniature marshmallows
How To Make sweet potato casserole

1Add butter, brown sugar, salt, orange juice to sweet potatoes. Beat until fluffy.

2Add drained pineapple to sweet potatoes.

3Put into a 1 1/2 quart casserole and dot with butter.

4Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; top with marshmallows and bake for another 10 minutes or until marshmallows are browned and melted.
