Ingredients For okra stir-fry

2 pkgokra (sliced)

1 stalkcurry leaves

1red chili (remove seeds and sliced)

1red onion (thinly sliced)

3 clovegarlic (thinly sliced)

4 Tbspoil

1/2 tspturmeric powder

1 Tbspchili powder

1 Tbspcurry powder
How To Make okra stir-fry

1Heat the wok and pour 4 tablespoons of oil, saute the fennel, sliced garlic, onions, red chili and curry leaves until fragrant with lower heat.

2Add the sliced okras and give them a couple of stirs. Now, add half teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of curry powder and stir well. (PS: OCCASIONALLY SPRINKLE SOME WATER WHILE STIRRING)

3Add a pinch of salt. Give the dish a final stir and its ready to be served with steaming hot white rice.
