How To Make baked sweet potatoefries, glazed with honey

  first wash your sweet potatoes. slice the ends of the potatoes off a little. slice your potatoes individually in about 1/2 inch slices then slice the slices in 3 slices.

  coat your fries in cooking oil lightly. then place the fries on a shallow large baking sheet pan. bake the fries for 20 min on a 375 degree preheated oven.

  after 20 min are up remove the fries and coat them with honey by drizzling the honey on with a spoon to stir and turn on the baking sheet. replace the fries back in oven and bake an additional 10 min. done
