This is from garage sale cook-book, I just may make this for Thanksgiving Dinner, of course I will have to double recipe, and use 2 cups of shredded cheese, and may substitute crushed Ritz crackers for bread crumbs, also find some way to add a little bite, not anything that will jump out and grab you by the throat, not for Thanksgiving anyway. Anyone have suggestions?

Ingredients For scalloped broccoli

1 lbpkg frozen broccoli
-
1 cupegg noodles
-
1 cancheddar cheese soup
-
1/3 cupmilk
-
1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese

2 1/2 ozjar sliced mushrooms, drained

1/4 cupbread crumbs

1 tbsbutter
-
dash salt & and add pepper to taste
How To Make scalloped broccoli

1Cook broccoli and noodles to pkg directions. In greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, blend soup and milk together until smooth.

2Stir in broccoli and noodles, cheese and mushrooms. Add pepper to taste. Combine bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle on top of mixture.

3Bake at 350 for approximately 30-35 minutes, or till browned to your satisfaction.
