frozen cauliflower
3 Tbsp

butter, cold, sliced
garlic salt & pepper, to taste
5 oz

velveeta, cubed small

How To Make microwave cheesy cauliflower

Put cauliflower in a microwaveable casserole dish. Butter slices on top. Season with GP & pepper. Microwave for 6 minutes. Stir.

add Velveeta. Microwave for 3 1/2 minutes. Stir. ( if cheese still isn't melted, microwave for 1 minute.

Stir & cover. Stir agin before serving.
