How To Make mediterrian couscous

1Heat olive oil on medium, saute onion for about 5 minutes, add garlic, continue for another 3 mins.

2add salt, cumin, and chili, saute for 2 minutes. Add chopped squash, carrots, and potatoes. Add 2 cups of water

3Add rinsed chick peas, cook until vegetables are soft

4cook couscous as per package direction. Pour cooked vegetables over couscous
