Our family loves this recipe for all special occasions, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is easy and richly delicious. You will probably want to double it!!

bacon
1 md

chopped onion
4 Tbsp

flour
2 tsp

salt
16 oz

sour cream
2 can

corn drained

How To Make madden's corn and bacon casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fry bacon and drain, saving 4 T. bacon grease. While bacon is frying, chop onion. Saute onion in the reserved bacon grease. Mix in salt and flour. Next add corn and sour cream. Stirr together. Crumble half of the bacon into the mixture, stir well. Pour into a large casserole dish. Crumble the remaining bacon over the top of the mixture. Bake and Enjoy!
