Some of my favorite recipes I have gotten from my friends. This one is from my friend Gloria. This is one I have to make every holiday. I usually add more cheese than it asks for because in my family...cheese is it's own food group! =)

Ingredients For hash brown casserole

1 pkg

frozen shredded hash browns, thawed (2 lb.)
1 pkg

sour cream (8 oz.)
1 can

cream of chicken soup, undiluted
3 c

shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp

butter, melted

How To Make hash brown casserole

Mix all ingredients together and press in to a greased 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour.
