Ingredients For corn casserole

  • 1 - 15 oz can
    whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 - 15 oz can
    cream style corn
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 - 8 oz
    carton sour cream
  • 1
    jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick
    margarine
  • scant diced green pepper or small can diced green chilis

How To Make corn casserole

  • 1
    Place stick of margarine in the bottom of a round casserole dish.
  • 2
    Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour over stick of margarine.
  • 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
