I love scalloped potatoes. I always seem to have them at Easter. I should definitely make them more often. :)

Ingredients For scalloped potatoes

4 lbpotatoes, sliced

2 Tbspminced onion

1green pepper, chopped

2 cancream of celery soup

8 ozpackage cream cheese
-
1 1/2 chalf-and-half
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1/2 lbbacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
How To Make scalloped potatoes

1Stir together potatoes, onion and green pepper. Heat soup, cream cheese, half-and-half, salt and pepper. Mix with potato mixture and place all in a greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. About 15 minutes before removing from oven, sprinkle with bacon bits over top and return to oven.
