  in sauce pan melt butter add chopped onions,garlic,black pepper. let cook on low while fryin the potatoes.

  peel and dice potatoes,deep fry in cooking oil. when done drain and place them over in with the onions and seasoning.fold over until well coated.cook on low on top on stove. while you cook what meat you are having.

  i always add more garlic and pepper after i mix in with the onions. we love a lot of garlic
