Ingredients For potato patties

  • mashed potatoes (left overs)
  • 1-2
    eggs (one for small bowl..2 for large bowl)
  • s.r. flour ( enough to make it thick)
  • chopped onion

How To Make potato patties

    STIR ALL TOGETHER
  • 2
    HEAT A SKILLET WITH OIL
  • 3
    SPOON INTO SKILLET..FRY UNTIL WELL BROWNED (I LIKE MINE CRISPY)
