This recipe is a great pot luck dish, wonderful side dish at dinner and is a family favorite. It came from an old rodeo cookbook. The original submitter was Sharon Camarillo NFR Barrel Racer Champion. Recipe can be doubled or tripled.

Ingredients For potato casserole

11 lb bag of hash brown potatoes

1diced onion
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1/2pint sour cream
-
1 cgrated cheddar cheese
-
1 ccorn flakes
-
1/2 stickmelted butter
How To Make potato casserole

1Combine Hash Browns, onion, Cream of Chicken Soup, Sour Cream and grated Cheese, pour into a baking dish.

2Stir together Corn Flakes and Melted Butter and pour over the top of the casserole.

3Bake at 350F degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
