Ingredients For loaded poatoes

  • 3 lb
    potatoes
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 1/4 c
    chives, dried
  • salt & pepper
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 jar
    hormel bacon pieces
  • 1/2 c
    milk

How To Make loaded poatoes

    Peel, cube, and boil potatoes in salted water untill tender. Drain.

    In large mixing bowl, place potatoes, milk,butter, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder,onion powder, and salt & pepper to taste. Combine well.

    Place potatoe mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Top with Chedder cheese, then with bacon. At this point you can store in the refigeratorfor 24 hours.

    When ready to bake, take out of refrigerator, and come to room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes till warm and cheese melts.
