1-1/2 lbbaking potatoes, cut into strips

1/8 tspcajun seasoning

1 Tbspcanola oil

1 Tbspchopped fresh parsley

1/4 tspsalt

1 tspminced garlic from a jar, soaked in olive oil.
How To Make homemade baked fries.

1Heat oven to 425. Spray a cookie sheet w/ cooking spray.

2In lg bowl, toss together potatoes, cajun seasoning, and oil. Place potatoes on cookie sheet.

3Bake 40 mins, turning once. Sprinkle w/ parsley, garlic and salt. Bake 5 mins more.
