butter

shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make baked onioned potatoes w/ cheese

Heat oven to 400. spray 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Place potatoes in casserole dish. Dot w/ butter. Sprinkle w/ onion soup mix.

Cover dish and bake for 25 mins. Uncover, stir. Cover again and bake 30 mins. Sprinkle w/ onions and cheese and bake until cheese melts, about 5 mins.
