1 1/2 stickbutter, sitting out for 30 minutes

1 cgrated parmesan cheese

1 lbfettuccine pasta

How To Make cheesy fettuccine

1beat butter with the cheese with electric mixer until it becomes a smooth cream (2 minutes).

2bring water to a boil, the add pasta and salt to taste, stir.

3cook over high heat until pasta is al dente. drain pasta then toss it with the water and cheese. serve.
