This is a new twist on an old recipe I have had for years. I decided to kick it up a bit with the Bacon Ranch dressing and it is a new family fav. Never be afraid to experiment with a recipe. You might find a new hit with your family and friends!

Ingredients For bacon ranch mac and cheese

8 ozuncooked macaroni or pasta of your choice (i like medium shells)

8 ozsour cream
-
8 ozcottage cheese
-
2 ccheddar cheese (i perfer sharp cheddar)

1egg-beaten

1/2 cany brand ranch dressing with bacon
How To Make bacon ranch mac and cheese

1Boil pasta according to box directions. Drain and set aside. Mix all other ingredients together leaving approximately 1/2 cup of shredded cheese for topping. Add cooked pasta to the mixture. Pour mixture into a large pyrex baking dish.Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for approx 20 minutes or until bubbling.
