i really do not know why they call this mac and cheese stupid any way it is very good i have to take it to every dinner i go to

Ingredients For stupid mac and cheese

11/2 celbow macaroni, cooked

2 Tbspbutter
-
2 Tbspall purpose flour

3/4 tspsalt
-
1 dashpepper, or to your taste

2 cmilk
-
1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded, sharp
How To Make stupid mac and cheese

1Cook macaroni, drain. Preheat oven to 350.

2In saucepan melt butter, stir in flour. salt, pepper and add milk and cook, while stirring until thickened and bubbly.

3Stir in 1 cup cheese until melted.Combine macaroni and sauce in buttered casserole.

4Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 350 oven for 30 minutes. You can sprinkle with a little paprika to aid in browning some.
