My husband and I love these. We wait rather impatiently for spring so we can get some green tomatoes from the vegetable stand. Can't get them at the grocery store.

1salt and pepper sliced tomatoes and dredge in cornmeal mix. Fry in hot oil on med-high till golden brown.
