Ingredients For southwest salsa bowl

1round, seedless watermelon

lime (for garnish)
- FIRE AND ICE SALSA

3 cseeded and chopped watermelon

1/2 cgreen peppers (chopped)

2 Tbsplime juice
-
1 Tbspchopped cilantro
-
1 Tbspgreen onion (chopped)

1 to 2 Tbspjalapeno peppers (chopped)
How To Make southwest salsa bowl

1Choose round seedless watermelon. Wash watermelon and pat dry. Use dry erase marker to trace design around middle of watermelon. Use utility knife to carve design (copy design in photo).

2Split watermelon in half, and use scoop to carve out flesh. Combine salsa ingredients; mix well and cover. Refrigerate 1 hour or more. Fill bowl with salsa ingredients Garnish with chips, jalapenos, cilantro and lime.
