How To Make cranberries in citrus glaze

1Rinse cranberries in collander and place in medium saucepan. Add orange juice and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally (and gently). Let cool and skim off froth from top. Chill and serve next day with turkey or chicken. Great with Cornish game hens too!
