This is a must for those ham sandwiches - tho it is also good to dip pretzels in. If you like different kinds of mustard - this one is for you.

1 TbspDry Mustard - make it a heaping TBL.

3 TbspSugar or Splenda to Measure

dashSalt

1/4 cWine Vinegar

1Egg, Beaten
How To Make sweet/hot mustard

1To aid in this blending well and to turn out nice and fluffy, I put the ingredients (except butter) in the blender to whip it well. Place in small heavy saucepan and heat on medium until thickens, stirring constantly. When thickened, add butter and mix well. Let cool and then refrigerate.
