Ingredients For strawberry butter

1 pkg(10 oz) frozen unsweetened strawberries,thawed

1 c(2 sticks) unsweetened butter,room temp

3/4 cpowdered sugar

1 1/2 tspgrated orange peel
How To Make strawberry butter

1Combine all the ingredients in processor. Blend until smooth,scraping bowl occasionally, about 5 minutes. Transfer strawberry butter to medium bowl. Cover and chill.

2Can be made 5 days ahead. Keep chilled. Bring to room temp before serving.
