4 cground green tomatoes

1/2 ccanning salt

1 Tbspcelery seed

1 1/2 tspturmeric powder

4 ccider vinegar

6 csugar

2 Tbspmustard seed

How To Make russ's hamburger relish

1Using a food processor (course blade), grind up all the vegetables. In a large mixing bowl, combine and mix all the vegetables. Sprinkle with the canning salt, cover, and let stand overnight.

2Drain and rinse vegetables. place in a large pot. Meanwhile, in another large sauce pan, combine all other ingredients and bring to boil.

3Pour hot liquid over vegetables, mix gently. Heat to boiling point and simmer 5 minutes. Ladle into sterlized jars. Hot water bath (10 minutes)
