I am not a big fan of sauerkraut, but my husband loves it.. He is also a big relish fan, so here is a relish for you kraut and relish fans. Makes one quart.

Ingredients For kraut relish

1 jarsauerkraut.....sixteen oz. jar

1/2 ccelery, finely chopped

1/2 cred or green pepper, finely chopped

1/2 ccarrot, finely chopped

1/2 conion, finely chopped

1/2 csugar
How To Make kraut relish

1Combine all ingredients and stir weel. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.

2Serve with vegettables, hot dogs, or burgers.

3you can double and triple this recipe if you want to can it.
