This is great stirred into pasta or rice. Spread over softened cream cheese for a great cracker spread or spread it on crusty bread and place in broiler until bubbly.

Ingredients For cilantro pesto

  • 2 c
    packed fresh cilantro
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2 c
    pine nuts
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • olive oil

How To Make cilantro pesto

  • 1
    Place all ingredients except olive oil in food processor. begin to process then drizzle the olive oil in until the mixture is well incorporated but still slightly thick.

    Place in a storage container and drizzle a little oil on top. Store in fridge.
