    butter (salted), softened
  • 1 lg
    ripe avocado
  • zest of one lime
  • juice of one lime

How To Make avocado lime compound butter

    In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the zest and juice of the lime.

    Stir in the butter until incorporated.

    Roll up in plastic wrap, twist ends and freeze.

    When ready for use, remove from freezer about 15 minutes before you need it, slice off rounds and add to whatever you want!
