A great seasoning for meats!

Ingredients For jerk seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp
    dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp
    ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil

How To Make jerk seasoning

    In a small bowl, stir together the dried onion, thyme, allspice, black pepper, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and salt. Coat meat lightly with oil, then rub seasoning on meat. Store in airtight container.
